Easy to mount (you’ll need a screwdriver, either kind), easy to set your own code (took me 30 seconds) and seems to do exactly what is supposed to. Great buy.

Great lock! Someone just stole a bunch of bikes in my neighborhood by cutting locks, but they weren’t able to get through mine. I’ll have to buy a new one because they did a number on it — but thankful I had this lock!!

Received quick, looks very nice, but the plastic cap connect cable and lock broken for second time use, the lock holder not really hold the lock tightly, end up lost the lock at second week after purchase, kind disappointed.
works for me

I bought one several months ago for my folding bike. It works well, so I just bought another one to use on my touring bike, replacing an old chain and padlock that I’ve had for too long. I’ve read some complaints about the lock holder breaking. I can see how that would easily happen if you over tighten the mounting screws.
A good quality product. Be sure to consider all variables when determining bike cable length

The thickness is good and the unit is very light. The cable is 4 feet – as advertised – and that seemed adequate to me. But of course the lock must go in a loop so the length is only 2 feet – and even that is unrealistic because there needs to be allowance for the items being encircled, and there needs to be some slack for locking and unlocking. If you have the right situation such as the ability to park your bike up against a steel pole, this lock will work fine. If you cannot get close, or you must lock to something like a tree, it may be a challenge.
Classical combo lock. Easy setup

Though in the winter this lock can freeze, if you bike only in nice weather you’re fine. Small. Compact. Good customer support. Fast delivery. Good for price. In my local bike shop cheapest lock is 30 bucks.
UPDATE- customer service is excellent:) Bad crimp? cable pulled apart by 10 year old..

Everything about the lock was good untill my 10 year old pulled on it and the cable separated from the lock. Looks like when they crimped the cable, they missed the cable…. and that allowed it to be pulled apart easily…. better check yours…..UPDATE.. company replaced the lock quickly. Checked and no further problems found. There customer service was excellent:)
Short, but well designed

Great, cheap bike lock. I like the mount for the seat. I have to say, I was surprised how short the chain really was. Because it’s coiled you can never really get the full length, so I would say if you’re going to be locking your bike to anything other than a bike stand or a fence you should opt for a longer chain (it didn’t reach around my column and I doubt it would fit around a fence post.
