Works well, as advertised.
Works well, as advertised. My 10-year-old son is having a lot of fun with it. Note that the car’s wheels are just for show – is actually “glides” on air on the floor, and uses a suction fan to adhere to walls (and ceilings). It’s a bit noisy in wall-climbing mode (due to the fan). The controller is large, which makes my son feel good about using it.
Your Christmas Go-To Gift Win!
I am amazed at how well this car works and how cool it is! I had my doubts, at this price point I didn’t think it’d work, but I was so wrong. It actually skims and glides along the wall with ease. I have an awesome video that I’m going to try to post if it’ll let me!
A car that climbs a wall, I mean really?!! How cool is that!! (Yes, it really works!)
HUGE hit at Christmas. Everyone was AMAZED when it went up the wall!! Of course, I had to try it out myself before I wrapped it up. I mean I can’t give a cool gift like this without making sure it works! I was amazed myself. I turned into a kid all of a sudden and played with it until the battery ran out!!!
This car is so much fun, it works like it should on the floor
This car is so much fun, it works like it should on the floor, but on the walls its so unexpected, my son and hubbie did not know and when i showed them they were mesmerized, only for their faces and surprise it was wort the money already. The problem now is to find free walls on my house. The remote is easy to control. And the sports car design its fun it even has lights on the front and back!
When I first took the product out I was pretty surprised at how small and light it was
The product comes in a brown simple cardboard box with a little piece of cardboard making sure the plug doesn’t experience too much strain during shipping. When I first took the product out I was pretty surprised at how small and light it was! (See pictures below) I really wish they just had the name of the app you need on the box but instead they have a QR code. If you read the little booklet it tells you that the app is the Jinvoo Smart app. My only other complaint was that for some reason the logo on the plug is upside down. When plugged into a normal wall outlet with the grounding pin on the bottom, the logo is upside down.
Super Simple Setup. hey look that’s alliteration
This is a simple way to make your life a little bit easier. It allows you to remotely control anything that runs off of an outlet. You can also set the outlet on a timer. (So basically it does what it says it does in the description) The app they recommend you to get works, but I chose to use a different app called “Smart Life” from the Google Play store (it might be on the App store too but I’m not sure). I liked it a better than the app they recommended. Setting up the plug with the app is simple and pretty straightforward. The only thing I would add is to make sure the thing you want to control will actually turn on and off by having an outlet turn on and off. For example, I have a desk lamp I attempted to use this with and it would turn the lamp off just fine, but when I reactivated power to the outlet, I still needed to push a button on the lamp to turn it on, so yeah, not really that useful for remote control. Overall, this product does exactly what it is supposed to do and is easy to set up.
